    Sound Synch Issues

    Ever since upgrading from DVDfab8 to 9 I am having issues where some of the DVD's I RIP the sound is out. I have tried both old and new movies and seems to occur randomly? I am using the xvid profile and I have been leaving all of the settings as default including Frame rate 'Same as source'. Can anyone help? Ready to ditch the program and try something new

    Hi, please open Fab click the ? top right > click open log folder and copy and past your internal log. Thank you.

    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
