I cannot get DVDFab to open this DVD. Nero will play it so the disk is apparently ok. Any suggestions? I am using Windows 8

Playing and Ripping are two different kettles of fish!!
Inspect the disk for scratches, marks and clean & polish then try again.

disable pathplayer restart dvdfab and try again.
