Copy Protection - Undefeated

Using version 9.0.5.5 to copy main movie of DVD Undefeated the copy protection is not removed preventing me to convert to AVI using other software.

Had no problem with copy protection on the DVD The Host.

What is the issue copying the Undefeated DVD?
