I want to do a copy of my Revenge of The Sith dvd. It read the disc ok, i want to copy main movie only, but it shows 3 main movie.

which one is the correct??

i have pathplayer enabled.

The three are correct, because it depends the language you chose. The numbers in () are angles. The movie is in title 1 and has 3 angles and it plays depending the audio language you chose. Also disable pathplayer for this movie
