Help with 6.2.0.5

I recently upgraded to the new version 6.2.0.5 and when I burn, I keep getting error code 111, failed to burn,.
It dosn,t even get to the burner. As soon as the video copy goes from task 1 to task 2 the message comes up.
I never had this happen in the older versions and never had problems burning any movie. Now it seems I can,t copy anything.
I have been using DVD5 disks and just started to try DVD9's without success.
I have even tried 5 different brands of media and nothing works.
My dvd burner is a HPdvd1035i. I even tried a different dvd burner and tried a different computer without any luck.

Should I just go back to an older version of DVDFfab?

If anybody has any ideas, I would be grateful

That error is generated by the VSO burning engine "the drive is busy" it can't get exclusive rights to the drive. I would try ImgBurn as the burning engine before rolling back versions. See this for instructions:
