DVD COPY Finishing in seconds

I put this Dvd in for Dvd Fab and it finishes and ejects the disc in seconds which is obviously not normal.
I notice that under 'audio/language, there is a box with a green tick and beside it says "undefined". (see attachment" please). Could that be something to do with the problem or is there something else?
