cant register

ive reformatted my pc a couple of times since ive had dvdfab and i had to register it before with no problems. now it wont register anymore. i copy and paste,click register it says thank you and will now restart. when i check again im still not registered. when i restart the pc my key isnt their. ive tried this over and over, nothing works. instead of my name as the licensee i have an expiration date of jan. 8 2010. i bought dvdfab about 1 yr. ago. can anybody help me to get this registered? since this last reformat of my pc i couldnt register another item i bought.
