Hanging at 1%

When Ripping multiple physical DVD's to MKV files, DVDFab sometimes hangs at 1%. Exiting the program completely and restarting it resolves the issue.

Seems less likely to happen if Subtitles are set to "None" but not always.

Probably something related to clean-up of the prior rip.
