DVDFab 9.0.6.6 Beta won't load on my Windows XP

I upgraded to the new DVDFab 9.0.6.6 Beta, but when I start DVDFab it doesn't load (as in no sign that I even started the application). There are no error messages in the Event Viewer. I am running Windows XP 32bit.

When I revert back to 9.0.6.3, it loads fine.

    won't load

It works just fine on my XP, try deleting it and clean up your computer with CCleaner and download a new installer

Just a quick follow up, 9.0.7.0 and the new beta 9.0.7.1 also suffer from this same problem. I have tried a full uninstall, CCleaners and then reinstall with no change.

Although, whenever I revert back to 9.0.6.3, DVDFab loads up fine.

Is there a dvdfab.exe process in task manager after you click the DVDFab icon?
I just heard that dvdfab through in some windows xp os.
How about click the dvdfab.exe from install path?

Dora, this is SWB048 Mona has been working with me about this problem, she wants me to put TeamViewer on my computer so you guys can check this out, but have been to ill to do this, and I really don,t want people viewing via remote. so that being said here again is the problem, 9.0.7.1 does not start on my XP 32bit machine, no server screen, to check license, there is nothing in task manager that shows dvdfab has started, it just does not start. have done clean install, rebooted it just will not start. This is for 9.0.6.5 - 9.0.7.1 they all have the same problem.

          Regards,

How to post the internal log

                    9.1.0.5 encountered a problem

I guess this is a slight improvement, at least now I get an error instead of nothing. The 9.1.0.5 GA release throws an error during install, finishes the install, and throws the same error when I try to load the application.

"Faulting application dvdfab.exe, version 9.1.0.5, faulting module qt5gui.dll, version 5.1.0.0, fault address 0x00001010."

I am running an NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GS video card.

                      dvdfab 9.1.1.5 crash on install

DVDFab 9.1.1.5 also crashes on install - something about qt5gui.dll

This thread's title no longer relates to the issue I am now seeing... creating a new thread.
