Star Trek Not Working on 9.0.6.3

I have the lifetime upgrade of DVD Copy for Mac, which I downloaded tonight.

Trying to backup the new Star Trek. It loads fine, but when I start, it immediately stops and says:

10:44:35 Task_1 failed! Error=700

It doesn't do anything but stop as soon as I start it. Fengtao's most recent Mac update said this version supported Star Trek - what am I doing wrong?

EDIT - Okay, I must have something wrong here - because I am trying to backup "Insidious" as well, and although it loads in the "Main Movie" component, when I look at the Summary info, it only shows 151 MB total for the disk.

I see chapters 6 (00:03:51), 16 (00:00:06), and 7 (00:00:02). Can anyone advise?

Second update:

Also trying Scary Movie 5. When I load it with Path Player on, it doesn't load any chapters. If I load with Path Player off, it loads the chapters correctly, with chapter 17 being listed first at 01:25:49, but when I try and rip, it stops immediately and says:

20:41:54 Task_1 failed! Error=102

Hope this gets worked out soon. The previous versions were much more dependable.
