Download version 9.0.6.3 onto a new HP laptop with Windows 8.
I'm able to copy single-layer discs, but dual-layer discs won't burn.
After the original finishes reading and I insert a blank disc, after approx. 1 minute, I get a message that mission failed.
I get no error code - nothing is written to the disc.
I've copied single-layer discs with no problems.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
