No sound

Hi, I would be grateful for any help given, my laptop crashed so I re installed DVD Copy , the latest version, I copied a DVD but when I went to play it there was no sound, I hadn't any trouble before this also the DVD original, plays perfectly, what do I do?

Post your internal log file and your burn file.Also check the mute button on your player or amp and that your volume is turned up just in case.

Along with the internal log please post the burn log also.

Go to where you stored the Fab program then open the log file cut and paste the internal log file just for the disk you have trouble with.The newest log is at the bottom of the list do the same for the burn log the newest is at the top of this list.See screen shots.

What are you use to play the copied dvd?
