v9.0.7.2 won't work

Hey all,
I just downloaded the newest version cuz I had an old one (8.1.6.3)(because not a computer wiz and have no idea how to update) but everytime I tried to burn with the old one I couldn't. Well the new one won't even open and I'm not sure why. I'm running windows xp professional version 2002 service pack 3. I didn't want the newest only because I seen some problems so I went to download an older 9.0 version but it downloaded the newest. I bought the lifetime a couple years ago and haven't had a problem with installing til now. Any help would be great. thanks

You are correct....

Version .2 that is supposed to be a "release" version is broken.

Apologies and "We will fix it asap..." responses have gotten so meaningless had I not invested a bunch of money in DVDFab I'd be over to other software pronto.

What a frustrating mess V9 has become.

You can download 9063, it is work well on xp.
If you like V.8, you can download 8.2.2.9.
