Dvdfab version 9.101 beta loads into memory (shows up in device manager) for about one second then disappears, the splash screen never starts nor does the program

Can not you start the fab now? Is there a DVDfab.exe processes on windows task Manager? Stop it If it is exsit.Originally posted by egghead View Post

DVDFab log default location:
For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log
DVDFab Player 5:
For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log -
loads into memory then dumps itself
no I can not start or get it to run (no splash screen... nothing)
as I stated before it does not even create a log file
with device manager open so I can see all of the processes running
I click on the dvdfab.exe file or on the icon for the program
I see dvdfab load into device manager @ 57k (I think that was that much)
then it just disappears
and I did do a clean install into its own separate directory
I am running windows xp pro sp1 (plus a few upgrades beyond the original install) but it is still classed and labeled as sp1Comment
