DVD copy Planes

Using 9.1.0.6 I have to DVD copy Main Movie to DVD first for DVD to play in a regular DVD player.

when i try to DVD copy Main Movie to Hard Drive (HD) then copy Main Movie from HD to DVD will not read in regular DVD player. Am I doing something wrong?

This has happened to Monster U, Planes, Tangled. Other movies like 2-Guns works when I DVD copy Main Movie to HD, then copy Main Movie from HD to DVD it reads OK in regular DVD player.

Logs look normal...
Have you tried setting your output to your DVD drive and after Fab copies it to your temp folder it you tell you to put in a blank disc for burning.
You could also go into Fab setting an use either the DVD Fab burn engine, or give the link in my signature a read through and use the best burn engine on the planet.
