can't copy any dvd

After install version 9.1.0.6 I can't copy any dvd. Also the ones previous cleaned from protections and saved on my hard disk. I have always the same error=300.
Only version 8 is still working

solution
I have uninstall the program, clean the register and reinstall the program: now it works
