Freezes When about to read disc

Hi Everyone,

Hoping someone can help solve this problem. Sometimes when I put a disc in the drive, it appears Dvdfab is going to read the disc, but it does not.

Instead the hard drive light stays lit & if I exit the program, the interface closes, but when I go into task manager, it shows "DVDfab.exe" still in memory & if I try to end task, it doesn't do anything.

To fix it, I have to end up rebooting.

Has anybody seen this before & is there a fix? I have tried different versions of Ver 9 & having the same problem

Post you internal log file and your fabcheck log file see how in the link below.You can check your burner drive to see if it has the latest firmware from the drives internet sight.You can take Fab off the drive and clean your registry with the free version of cc cleaner you can download from the internet then re download the latest Fab version from Fab's front page.P.S. never put a cold disk in your drive let it warm up to room temp. first.
