real problems reinstalling DVD Fab 9

My computer crashed so I had to do a full factory reset, I have tried all day to reinstall DVD Fab9 on to it but I am getting nowhere, I get varying messages of passwords ect but nothing seems to work.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi ,please open Fab click the button top right > click open log folder copy and post your internal log here. Thank you.

DVDFab log default location:
For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

DVDFab Player 5:
For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
