Can't load source for Ice Age or Ice Age 2

Both DVDs play fine on computer and DVD player, but can't load source with DVDFab 9.1.1.9. No error message, just keeps trying for a very long time.

disable pathplayer in settings restart dvdfab and try again.

Having the same problem with Shameless Season 3 Disc 2. Had no problems with Disc 1 of Shameless. Disabling the Pathfinder did no good.

check the disc for scratches and clean the disc, if that don't work
you may have a bad disc. please post your dvdfab internal logs.

Try it with version 8 with pathfinder disabled.
Post the internal log for version 9.
