pfff - only have issues with 9.1.1.9 (not reading disk, or very slowly ...)

Hi there,

I have just installed DVDFab 9.1.1.9 and only have issues with it !

First DVD (Wolverie) in it (Not seeing it at all although inserted in DVD player).

Second one (.I.P.D.) is reading the disk and starting copy but read speed increases to 2.9 MB/s then decreasing to 0.1 MB/s, which will never work ...

Is there a solution for that ?

A few things to check first make sure the disk is clean no fingerprints etc also not just brought in from the cold let it get to room temp.Make sure the drive is in DMA mode not PIO mode.

Second check your drives firmware its easy to do in img burn as it will tell you the firmware your using now then go see if it needs updating.

The firmware version also can be found by looking at your internal log it will have the firmware version next to the drive in that log file.Then go to your drives internet sight to see if theirs a update for it if so follow the updating directions for flashing the new firmware.

If these check out ok Post your internal log file see how in the link below and you can try version 8 of Fab to see if that will work then we will know more.P.S. If the disk has any deep scratches on it you may not be able to copy it even if it plays.
