Straight to title or menu?

Does going straight to title or menu make some discs unplayable? I have started backin up my library and noticed that going to title or menu makes some of the discs unplayable in 7MC, is this the cause or something else? While trying to convert Up i tried both menu and title, both didnt work, then i did the whole movie, warnings and all and it works...is there any way to get those that have been converted to going to menu or title first playable withoiut redoing it? Thanks

Well my question is more simple then i had tried to explain......
Does taking out the FBI warnings and previews to other movies and going straight to the menu cause some DVDs to not function right in windows 7MC? This may not even be a DVDFAB issue and i will get to the logs when i get home but more a general question.
