"Unknown Error" on disc load

Registered user through March 2015.
Been using 9.1.2.2 without any issues.
Just updated to 9.1.2.8 and got this on disc load... "An unknown error occurred. Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website."
So I updated to 9.1.2.9 beta. Same problem. Tried two different discs.
Log attached. (The one on 2014/02/26 was successful. All on 2014/03/04 were not.)
Please help.
