Is anyone else having an issue with 12 years a slave? I cant get it to load at all. I do not have internal logs because the disc will not load. It plays fine in my DVD player but my computer will not recognize it at all.

Can you saw it in windows explorer?
If it was not, check you dvd read device in your computer.User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)
DVDFab log default location:
For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log
DVDFab Player 5:
For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
