it would seem that no progress has been made on this problem, as there have been no updates released for some time now ?.

I performed an MPEG-TS Passthrough of the retail version of Enders Game (purchased from Amazon.com if that makes a difference) with DVDFab 9.1.3.3 and ended up with an audio / video sync issue. I performed the same MPEG-TS Passthrough using DVDFab 8.2.2.7 with no issue.

In the attached zip file are the following:
1) Full debug logs for DVDFab 8
2) Full debug logs for DVDFab 9
3) MediaInfo for both MPEG-TS files
4) Directory listing to show file size differences.

Hi,
In our testing, got the A/V sync issue (same with you) when select "Remove HD" option during converting;
A/V sync is correct after keeping audio copy when converting to "m2ts.passthrough", but the subtitle is out of sync.
Recommend to convert to profile "m2ts.audiocopy" instead of "m2ts.passthrough".

We will fix the issue ASAP.

Hi I have got a rental copy of enders games and dvd fab will not open disc. I have put copy of the log in the decryption forum hoping that someone could help. Sorry if it's in the wrong place

I see other members are having the same trouble with other titles as well, glad to see I am not alone on this.

hi all,
have just tried again to copy this disc (enders game r2), this time without pathplayer on, no luck so tried on demand pathplayer again on luck.
am I the only one with this trouble, it plays ok with windows media player,but will not play on dvdfab media player or load on dvdfab 9.1.3.1 to copy, can anyone help with this problem ?

Enders Game Disc failed to Read.

I had the same problem with this disc and hunger games 2. Failed to read disc. Downloaded the full version and installed. Problem solved.

hi all,
just tried to play this dvd on dvdfab media player with no luck would not load,
so tried with another player (windows media player, and realplayer ) both played just fine, all on the same computer.
so it would seam that there is a glitch in dvdfabs program that not only stops dvdfab from loading the dvd to copy it but also in the dvdfab media player to play it ?.
anyway anybody got any thoughts on the matter.

Suggestion worked...

I had the same issue with Ender's Game. I usually do the update when it comes out. I took the suggestion to download the whole program and reinstall. Worked like a charm.
