"Trial period" for paying customer

I've been a paying member for quite a long time, but when I updated to 9.1.3.1 my version dvdfab keeps telling me my trial period has ended. There is a "buy now" option in my hud and the dvdfab logo is pasted in the upper right corner of the screen of the item I tried to back up.

I've already removed and re-installed dvdfab to my computer to try to fix the problem.
