Hi everyone
I am using DVDFab 9.1.3.3 to back up DVD onto my harddrive (in Video_TS). In the past I have been OK using "customize" and copy all files. But recently when I was trying to copy some new DVD's purchase from Japan, it just would not copy the Title Menu / Root Menu of the movie; the resulted copy will just begin from the first screen of the movie.
Does anyone have any clue?
