Embedded DvdFab logo with paid version

Hi: According to my membership status, having purchased dvd fab before 2008, I am supposed to have lifetime free upgrades for DVD to DVD and DVD to Mobile optopns. I just recently copied Captain America, and Captain Smith using the dvd to mobile option. Both movies copied with the dvdFab watermark evident throughout the entire movie. Since I am a lifetime member for the copy option-and not a trial user-why did these watermarks still copy? Is there a setting I need to prevent this from happening again? Versions 8 and versions 9 both copied with the watermarks...Help

You may need to activate again, sometimes the license doesn't make the upgrade process.
