47 Ronin

I am trying to make a backup copy of 47 Ronin. I am using the latest versin of DVDfab (9.1.4.2) I keep getting read errors. I returned the disc and got a new one it still has the same issues. It plays fine on 2 different dvd players and the computer. I am using win 7. Is their some setting i am missing or is it the copy protection on the dvd?

Post your internal log file.Could it be your drive is dirty you can clean it with a cleaning disk or use compressed air.Normally a read error comes from a scratched or dirty disk or drive.Make sure the disk is very clean no fingerprints or dirt.Deep scratches will normally prevent copying even though you can play them.When you post your internal log i will be able to check your drive for firmware updates.

After some playing around I got it to work.... this is the first time i had so much trouble backing up a dvd. Not sure what i did but i got it to work

I turned pathfinder off for this movie. it worked great.
