Cannot get 9.1.4.2 to read any disks, older ones or newer ones.

Make sure that your using the latest version 9143, 9142 had a bug in it.
Make sure to do a clean install by removing your current version using the uninstall within Fab, use the cleaner option in CCleaner with the "old prefetch" checked in advanced options, then clean using the registry option until nothing is found, then install 9143.
