I'm using the paid version of course :-)
I've been a paid-up and happy customer of DVDFab for years.
This is the first time I've ever encountered a problem that hasn't been resolved within one or two months by a subsequent release.

For clarity, I'm using the full-blown DVDfab software, not any other product.
Thanks to Glenns for his recommendation to try the Clone option, which I understand does a bit by bit copy of the original and avoids the issue.

My bad for not knowing that DVDfab has this great option.

We have bought the R2 DVD but not get yet.

I'll tell you after we get and fix the fulldisc issue for the DVD.
