Open DVD source doesn't complete

i'm new to this and I don't understand why some discs just start automatically and others never get passed the "Open DVD source" stage (it just never stops scanning so it never begins copying) I'm using 6.125 paid, thanks

Set pathplayer to always enabled instead of enable when necessary. Also for the older movies you can try with pathplayer disabled

You might also want to think about updating to the lastest version.
Some problems are normally resolved from one version to the next.
