queue fails to add after 8-9 jobs

I'm ripping from an iso file (complete dvd) to an iso file (movie only) and adding this job to the queue. When I get to either 8 or 9 items dvdfab then reports the next iso file is corrupt (which it isn't).

Here's the basic use case:

1) On disk (local) iso files as source
2) Using the copy dvd tab
3) Add 9-10 isos to be copied
4) on the 9th or 10th movie added (reproducible) DVDfab errors complaining about the iso (which is fine).
5) Close dvd fab and then open the 9th or 10th iso from above starting the processing queue again, it will process the file - this means the iso is fine and I've verified that the iso is fine.
