Software freezes when copying dune

When decryption is complete a dialog box opens showing reading errors. I click on ignore all and everything seems fine until the copy process reaches 40.10 percent completion when it freezes. This movie has been released on DVD long enough so that copying should not be a problem. Someone please help

This movie works fine here. Done it ages ago but just checked again this morning.

You either have a bad press or the disk needs cleaning/polishing.
