Nothing burns in DVDFab 9171

    Nothing burns in DVDFab 9171

    I have had nothing but problems since I updated to DVDFab ver 9171. It will back up the movies but, it will NOT burn them to disk at all.

    I have uninstalled DVDFab, deleted all copies, folders, and registry keys from my computer, and rebooted, then reinstalled from a fresh download and I still have the same problem.

    The program shows that everything is okay and then when the dvd is ejected it is blank nothing has been written to it.

    Please view the attached info log file, and get back to me with resolution to this problem.

      The same thing is happening to me....

      Win 7 did a clean install of 9.1.7.1 and it appeared to do everything it should. But the DVDs won't play.

      Uninstalled it and installed the 91.7.2 Beta and same thing..

      I'm able to watch the movie on the PC but does not burn correctly.

      What should I do?

        Still waiting for assistance

        Is anyone actually monitoring this thread, or working on a bug fix or patch? I have provided the necessary logs. Some communication would be appreciated.
