v6.2.1.8 Da Vinci Code, error reading for DVd-to-DVD

I am experiencing many "error reading" after the 42% mark. I hit ignore and retry many many times, and progress would increase very little (like from 44.00% to 44.17% complete) then stall with the same error again. I finally hit selected "ignore all" and it has been working now for 1/2 hour and only gotten to 59% complete.

Help!

Is the disc clean?
Is the disc scratched?

Have you tried turning off pathplayer?
If pathplayer is off try turning it on.

Yeh cd looks a little scratched.

What is pathplayer ?

thanks, I just noticed that green check mark at the upper right hand corner of DVDFab and found Pathfinder. Never new that check mark was clickable.

The ? mark icon is also clickable.
The dropdown includes the Fab tutorial and about will display the various apps, license #'s, expiration dates, etc...
