Copy Multiple DVDs to BD

I tried the trial version of this feature and it works for DVD media but I cannot get it to accept DVD iso's saved to me HD. Each time I drag one to the copy to BD screen it switches to CloneDVD.
Is this a limitation with the trial version or a bug?
