I have something odd going on I think. I recently renewed my subscription. The change occurred after that. When I insert a DVD the small window open sthat reads "Open DVD source" .. It just keeps processing here and doesn't complete it. So I 'm not getting to teh next step to tell it to start copying.. I'm just doing the main movie..
Any help? It's almost as though the software isn't functioning.
