DVD to DVD shuts down

I used the trial version and it was ok. Then I registered the latest version.
Now as soon as I put in a dvd or select an ISO file to be copied, the program shuts down and dissappears off the screen. There are no error codes or anything. Can anyone help.

But I have got the same problem Fabman desribes. From the support team I got a knew registration key and the problem is still present!
