Copy DVD to MP4 for Use with Roku 3

I copied Dolphin Tales 2 to a MP4 file to use with a USB drive on Roku 3. The video played fine, but there was no audio. I used Roku Media Player to play the movie. I chatted with Roku for 2 hours and we could not find a solution. I also used the Roku device setting to copy the movie, but it had no audio as well. Does a codec have to be added to Roku 3 device? I ripped Dolphin Tale 2 again using ripper, Roku 3xs, Box, and audio=Dolby Surround/ Prologic instead of the default for this movie. I also ripped an old My Couisin Vinny using audio=Stereo. Both has video and audio using Roku 3 played from an MP4 file on a USB drive.
