Newbie question here. I downloaded the latest hd decrypter trail to see if I can backup our Superman the complete animated series after my son scratched the first disc. After I backed up the discs I popped one in and I hear the menu screen's audio but there is no video. Just a black screen. Also no advancement after pressing play. I did a straight DVD to DVD backup. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you playing it on your computer or dvd player? If you are playing it on your computer Download the vlc player instead of windows media player. -
I tried it in a DVD player. Though I will try in in my DVD recorder later to see if I get a better read as this device is newer. Should I have created ISOs and used imgburn? Is this a common problem?Comment
