I have three versions of DVDFab installed; DVDFab 9, DVDBluFab and DVDFab9US. The latter is the one I use. Can I just delete the other versions and stick with DVDFab US or will doing so corrupt the version I want to keep?

it depends on what you want to copy, dvdfab 9 US currently doesn't allow
blueray decryption. -
