Hi. I'm running 9.1.8.8 on a new Windows 7 64bit machine. Each time I rip a disc, DVDFab crashes right at the end: The files appear to have copied OK and the disc tray opens. DVDFab then becomes unresponsive and it then takes about 10 minutes before I am able to close the DVD tray. Any suggestions? I can attach error log if required. Thanks!

yes, please post dvdfabs internal log files as well as the burn log files -
Hi. I'm attaching the log files - please advise if I'm missing anything. Unfortunately I can't attach the error log as it's too big (as doc, txt or PDF)? Also, DVD Fab reported it had "encountered an error and needed to close", so I submitted that error report at the time of the error, too. Thanks for your help.Comment
