No, there is no Cinavia fix currently for burning a backup to disc media. How to post the internal log

I haven't heard anything on this, but I think it would work. I wouldn't think the Roku would detect Cinavia. I'm interested in your result. How to post the internal log

I ripped it with Roku 3 as a mp4 file to my computer. It plays on my computer, but when I copy it to my thumb drive, it took only a short time to transfer from my computer to the thumb drive. This usually takes about 4 minutes. That file will not play on my computer or my Roku 3. It says no compatible file when I try to play the mp4 file on the Roku 3.
I then copied it to a DVD and it seems to work on my PS3 player. Not sure what firmware version or how long it will continue to work properly. Been watching 10 or 15 minutes.
I have version 9.1.9.8 DVDFab program. Not sure what is going on exactly.

The sound will mute at 20 minutes if it has Cinavia protection. How to post the internal log

If you burn it to disc media Cinavia will bite you no matter what format. I made an MKV passthrough just to see and played it through the USB port on my BR player. BTW my BR player will detect Cinavia, that same MKV if burned to a disc will fail. Whether or not it will play on the computer depends on the software player. It will play fine using DVDFab Media Player and maybe others?Last edited by 90312; 04-23-2015, 09:37 PM.How to post the internal log
