Getting this error every time I try to make an ISO file from Disney's Alice In Wonderland 2010. The movie is brand new & plays fine, I can't figure it out!

Post the internal log. Appears to be a read error. You can try cleaning it with window cleaner and a lint free cloth.How to post the internal log

please check to see if you have pathplayer set to always enabled.
restart dvdfab and try the disc again. also please post dvdfabs
complete internal log files for this disc. if still having trouble
you may have a bad pressed / defective disc.Comment
