is there a conflict installing dvdfab with avast antivirus software?

everytime I install dvdfab (beta and/or official releases) avast is prompting me to 'include to an exclusion' for the dvdfab.

anyone else is experiencing this?

Seems to me avast antivirus software is a virus software. get it off your PC.
