Problem Backing up and Ripping DVD

I have been working on AliceWonderland_DEU_x2_DES for a couple of days. I can't back up the disk or rip the movie. I have tried, Full Disk, Main Movie and Custom. I used VLC to play the disk and check which title was playing (28), ripping title 28 doesn't work. When I try to backup the full disk it shows something like 82GB.

Disk is good, I tried a trial version of another package and it works fine.

Let me know if you have any ideas how to make this work.

you have pathplayer disabled, click common settings in upper right corner
select dvd - pathplayer and select " always enable pathplayer"
restart dvdfab and try the disc again.

Yeah, It was disabled because the last time I tried this disk I turned it off to try to get it to work. I used a trial version to copy it to a hard drive and then I was able to rip it to a mkv. Not sure what the problem was.
