Trying to copy Cinderella to a blank DVD and get error message failed to make directory, I click ok and it does nothing

Can't copy to DVD
Thought I had a problem copying Cinderella to disk but now I find out I can't copy any movie to a DVD disk. I changed to Win 10 a few weeks ago and this it first time I have tried make a disk. Have been able to copy to a thumb drive. I get failed to create directory. then I gives directory name C/users/Owner/documents/DVDFAB/Temp/then name of movie -

Things should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.

Please change the temp folder to another path. e.g. C:\DVDFabTemp\
WilsonAttached FilesPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

It worked
It was not the DVD drive location, but changing the Temp folder did work. Thanks to both of you for replying.
