Not reading discs

This just started happening. DVDFab is not copying disks. It recognizes the disks, but never gets out of the analyzing state to go to the start screen.

I have attached the log file. What is happening?

does it do this with all discs or just some??
some discs may take a little longer to open
depending on the protection.

It seems to be doing this with some discs. But should it take many minutes? If you've seen it take a long time, what is the longest you've seen it take?

the longest i've seen is 6 minutes and that was for the movie mcfarland
