Do Not want subtitles in "Hurt Locker"

    Do Not want subtitles in "Hurt Locker"

    Hey all, Im trying to burn just main movie Hurt Locker.. I played the burnt version and it had english subtitles on.. Tested on main DVD player and also My PC... the Original Copy Movie shows no Subtitle while playing... anyone help?

    Make sure the subpicture box is not ticked. My guess is "English" is probably selected.

    As an afterthought you might just turn them off with the player's remote.

      I just ripped a couple of chapters both ways....subtitles toggled on and off.
      Both play exactly as they should.

      Like 90312 said, just turn 'em off with your player.
      If it still bugs you, you can always re-rip

        I always keep subpic's never know when you might need them. They take up very little space.

          In the subpicture selection window, make sure that the subpicture is not set to default.

          This is indicated by a little blue triangle in the first column of the subpicture pane and can be toggled on/off.
