try re posting your internal log file.
it looks like it cuts off too soon.

I can't, the disc won't scan. It's scanning scanning scanning... it doesn't stop

Using dvdfab passkey, hope it works

some discs may take longer to open depending
on the copy protection on the disc.
also make sure that pathplayer is set to always enabled.
and are using the registered version.

you are getting read errors, check the disc for scratches defects ect.
if cleaning doesn't work, you may have a bad disc.
try return to the store and exchange the disc.
your log show that the disc opened, does it copy??

The disc is in perfect condtion. Tried it on different PC, same thing on both. But dvdfab passkey works perfectly fine.
